Discovery Phase
We love getting to know our clients. In this stage of our relationship, we’ll be using a mixture of in-person and online meetings to learn about where you want to be in terms of your payroll, pensions, workplace benefits in the future. During this phase, you’ll also be getting to know us, our people and the whole range of services we offer our client base.
Audit Phase
Having learned about where you’d one day want to be, we’ll now start work to benchmark your current position through a range of analytical activities that are relevant to your existing payroll, pension and workplace benefits offering. We’ll each sign a non-disclosure and data processing agreement that provides you with assurance that we’ll be keeping all of this data safe and confidential. We can also help you conduct a temperature check for employee satisfaction within your organisation, helping to highlight issues that we can address later in the Proposal phase. All of this work is absolutely free of charge and you will not incur any costs for this pre-contract part of our service.
Research and Design Phase
Armed with all of the required information about your organisation, your people, your current position and your future needs with regards to payroll, pension and workplace benefits, we’ll start engaging our internal teams and our industry’s best third party suppliers to research and design solutions that will work for you.
Proposal Phase
In our proposal phase, we’ll use a mixture of presentation materials and formal documentation to set out the results of our Research and Design work. We’ll explain how The Harding Hub will help your organisation bridge the gap between where you are today, and where you one day want to be with your payroll, pensions, workplace benefits offerings. Most of our proposals will be in a modular format, meaning that The Harding Hub clients can personalise the route they eventually take into the implementation phase, and we’ll usually provide you with multiple options, all with full costings attached (as well any savings we’ve managed to identify!), so that you can make an informed choice about moving forwards.
Implementation Phase
After securing your sign off and official signatures from the relevant people in your organisation, our expert The Harding Hub team and any relevant external suppliers will start activating all of the proposals you’ve agreed on, as part of our work together. We’ll be in contact with you throughout this time, giving you regular progress updates.
Ongoing Service
We’ll let you know when implementation is done, and we’ll introduce you to all of the people, processes and technology tools that we’ll use to deliver your ongoing service. Throughout our time working together, our entire team will be on hand to offer your support, whenever you need it.
Regular Review
We’ll be working behind the scenes to keep up to date with all of the latest changes in industry and our supplier markets, constantly looking for ways in which we can further enhance your employee value proposition. We’ll regularly review your current vs potential offering, and will make contact whenever we have something we feel you should consider. Similarly, if your circumstances or needs change, you should let us know, as this could also present reason for switching up your employee value proposition further.
