A timeline of our work with the education sector…

It seems just yesterday…

The Harding Hub for Education was born in 2019 when we recognised the unique requirements of the education sector, and created a specific service proposition to respond to its needs.

When the world changed…

In 2020, the sector worked hard to continue delivering education services amidst incredibly difficult circumstances that were brought about by the global pandemic. As need in the areas of employee and student wellbeing grew during this time, so did the levels of support we offered the education sector.

In 2022, we expanded our team with more Hub Members that possessed relevant expertise from pensions, benefits and education backgrounds.

The therapy of tomorrow, today…

Having already seen its benefits in commercial workplaces, in 2023 we started our work to bring a scalable VR-based therapy to our education clients. But it’s not just useful for staff ; it’s perfect for use with students, too.

In 2024, we became an official partner of Independent Higher Education, a membership organisation serving more than 70 Higher Education Institutions in the UK. Our partnership with IHE consolidates our commitment to universities and colleges across the country.
