We’re interested in improving the package of care and benefits we offer our employees. What kind of things could we consider?
Through our Discovery, Audit, Research and Design work together, we’ll work to propose multiple options that are chosen specifically for your organisation and its employees. From technology purchase schemes, through to gym access, digital GP coverage, electric vehicle leasing, cash plans for health and dental care, workplace nursery vouchers and cycle to work options, we’ll consider a whole range of opportunities on top of the usual insurances like critical illness and life cover that organisations will often implement.
Are these benefits packages expensive?
Not necessarily. Some of these benefits can be funded by the employer, some by the employee and some mutually, on a blanket or an opt-in basis. As part of our Research and Design work, we’ll also be digging deep to identify opportunity to create efficiencies and savings in your existing payroll, pensions and benefits offerings that could be used for new and enhanced initiatives in these areas.
We’re not happy with the service from our current payroll provider. How long would it take to switch to the services of The Harding Hub.
Although we would recommend a phased approach to a switchover, in which The Harding Hub would parallel-run at least one payroll period, we absolutely can get you switched over sooner if circumstances necessitate. Our state-of-the-art cloud payroll services guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
We think there may be contractual/HR implications to making changes to our pensions and workplace benefits packages. Can you assist me with those?
Yes, our experienced team can help facilitate a compliant switchover, supplying communications templates and even providing input to your HR processes. We can also help you reduce burden in this area in the future, by offering recommended contractual wording that will grant you more flexibility around these packages in the time ahead.
What makes your Pensions Management Service different from the others?
Not all pensions are made equal. Our goal will be to ensure that the impact of your pension contributions (from both an employer and employee perspective) is maximised through efficient selection of pension platform provider and contribution method. We’ve saved our clients thousands of pounds per year in this area, in the past! Through our Personal Advice Service, we can also talk to each of your colleagues about their needs and objectives, capacity for loss and attitude to risk, such that we can design an appropriate pension portfolios for them that meets their individual needs and maximises their financial prosperity. Our Pension services are designed to provide your employees with peace of mind and financial stability post-retirement. From plan design to compliance, we’ve got you covered. If we’re also operating your payroll, there are even more dynamic changes to pensions management that we can offer on a month to month basis.
We would like to improve reporting capabilities in the area of payroll to better inform our HR, Finance and Executive teams. Can you help us?
Absolutely. Our payroll reports can provide useful Management Information that can inform management and decision making across your organisation.
We’re a relatively small organisation. Can you still help us?
Indeed we can. We work with companies as small as 2 employees, all the way up to companies with hundreds of staff.
Do you offer payroll, pension or employee benefits services on a standalone basis?
Yes, although we wholeheartedly believe in the efficiencies created by having these three services looked after by one supplier as a package, and though the majority of our clients contract all three services from us in parallel, we can indeed offer them in isolation.
